DOUBLE ROOM for 2 Persons (with air conditining unit) PER DAY WITHOUT BREAKFAST, ONLY OVERNIGHT STAY

Local tax: We inform you that from JAN. 11st 2012, the Italian local authorities have introduced a tourist tax of Euro 1,00 for each person per day. This tax has never been included in our quotations and must be paid by the client directly at the hotel.

EXTRA CHARGE FOR BREAKFAST-BUFFET SERVED IN THE GARDEN (per person per day) + € 15,00

Accomodation for single rooms and family: ON REQUEST.

The rooms will be free at 2:00 p.m.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:
Private parking for our guests cars. Garage for bikes and motorbikes
Whirlpool, Swimmingpool.

EXTRA ON REQUEST:
Swimmingpool towels
Excursions
Hotel private bicicles for male and female.

DEPOSIT:
20% of the total stay per room, with an Eurocheque through post or postal order or with credit card VISA-MASTERCARD through Internet. 
We do not accept DINERS and AMEX. When we'll receive it, we'll confirm your booking. 

PAYMENTS:
For stays until 3 nights we accept credit cards. For more than 3 days: TRAVELLERS CHEQUES , Eurocheques & cash only

For stays until 2 nights in period "LOW SEASON" will be applied the prices of period "MIDDLE SEASON".

The booked rooms are helt until 4:00 pm o'clock of the arrival day. 
In case of delayed arrival or early departure, in respect to the booked period, the price of the room will be charged for all the period reserved.
